Pastors & Staff

Jon & Debbie Cannon

Senior Pastor

In March 1999, Pastor Jon, along with his wife Debbie and their two children, Tyler and Kristen, left the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina, and settled here in the Midwest - just east of St. Louis. It was in Mascoutah, Illinois they planted and started Victory Church. In 2008 they relocated Victory Church to O'Fallon, Illinois.

Pastor Jon and Debbie were high school sweethearts and have been married since 1984. The Lord has blessed them with a beautiful family. They have 2 children: a son Tyler, along with his wife Megan, and a  daughter Kristen, along with her husband Will. They have 4 grandchildren: Quincy, Marlow, Wrenley, and Levi.

Paul & Mayron Boyer

associate Pastor

Paul serves as Victory's associate pastor. Paul and Mayron have been married since 1976 and have been members of Victory Church since 2006. Paul was ordained as a deacon in 2008, and then as a pastor 2010. They are the proud parents of two daughters and Papa and Mamaw to five grandchildren.

Paul retired from the United States Coast Guard in 2001 and worked as a contractor to the Coast Guard until 2012. He then worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (Information Technology Division)  until retiring again in 2021.

Brad & Teri Range

Youth Pastor

Brad and Teri Range's journey at Victory Church is one etched with faith, love, and service. They first crossed paths at Victory, where Teri, a dedicated member since its inception, and Brad, drawn in by a friend's invitation, found not just a community but each other.

Their marriage in 2008 marked the onset of a shared commitment to both faith and each other. Interestingly, it was during their honeymoon that Brad heeded the call to preach, sparking a journey that led him to Missouri Baptist University, where he obtained a degree in religious education in 2012.

Today, he serves as Victory's youth pastor. Beyond the church, Brad is the executive producer of a radio show, while Teri is a high school math teacher.
